Horrible customer service. Not willing to help with membership issues. Very unprofessional, rude and have a nasty attitude.
I’ve been going here for 3 years now and it’s extremely CLEAN and hygienic. All the staff really take their time during the waxing and are very professional. I would recommend this location to anyone.
The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The technician seemed rushed and left patches of hair behind. The wax was also too hot in some areas, causing redness and irritation. There was no aftercare or guidance given, which made the whole experience feel incomplete and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.
