I have never gotten a haircut I didn't love at Uni-Hair! Mr. Masa is so knowledgeable about how to take care of hair, especially my wavy hair asian hair which I've always struggled with. I've tried a couple other places, both cheaper and equally expensive, but I've only ever really loved how my hair looks after coming here. I called to make an appointment and was greeted with the warmest, most enthusiastic customer service. Unfortunately, I was told they were fully booked. I followed up by directly asking whether the salon only accepts Japanese clients. The staff member confirmed that yes. So don't worry about the discrimination — if you're not Japanese, they won't take you as a new client anyway.

It is great. I have been coming to see Masa for the past 18 years. Travel few hours and stay overnight just for a hair appointment. My husband thinks I am out of my mind but it is all worth when he sees the result and smile on my face.
