This was our first ReFi. Eric and Jeanie did a great job walking with us through the entire process. I don‘t say this easily. They are very professional and have plenty of experience. Speaking on behalf of my father. My dad was looking to refinance his house. A year before my father met Eric, my dad was working with another agent, that wanted him to fork the payment upfront before any work was done. Long story short, this “agent” scammed my dad and did nothing for him. Eric and his team were really professional in helping me to apply for a mortgage for my new home. They were patient and very informative, as I am a first time home buyer. They answered all my questions and make me feel comfortable through the whole entire process.
