I purchased a UNI air filter for my 1999 Honda XR250R. I oiled the filter with UNI air filter oil and installed it one month ago. A few days ago I removed the filter for cleaning and was shocked to see that one of seams had separated. I find it very concerning that I paid for “the best air filter on earth” yet it did not last one month. Further to that, who knows how much dirt got past the leaking air filter into my recently rebuilt engine.

Terrible filter. Replaced my stock filter with a Uni 2 piece. oiled it properly and it still allows dust past the filter after 2 hours. trashing it. waste of money.

I switched from K&N to UNI only because that's what the dealer had in stock and now I sucked dust within the first 100 miles. Now I'm rebuilding my motor and buying a new head. 100% will never run UNI in anything I own again.
left 3 messages and 4 emails over 2 months, and NO response! you products are CRAP have 2 filter the glue fell apart after first wash!!!!
