I would not recommend this company. The sunroom cost $30k, yet it was poorly built, with no heat or ventilation. It is simply 3 walls with windows & 2 new doors on a concrete floor which is now crumbling. The sunroom houses a spa, & on the east wall there is only 4 inches between the spa & the wall, so neither can be cleaned or accessed. If I want anything done about these problems I will need to pay for the work! Outrageous since I have already spent $30,000. Sunroom is so cold in winter, spa can't be used!
