Highly recommend the doctors here, I have seen Brian and then Lachlan for years and both have been stellar.
Good to see nothing has changed and nothing will change, avoid if you're a student or new to the country. While the doctors are friendly the receptionist act like they have a chip on their shoulders.
The receptionist was so rude and the fees are more expensive than other clinics. Really disappointing experience! Won’t come again!
I am unsurprised to see that I am not alone in feeling belittled by the receptionist at this clinic, my experience echos what has already been written in regards to the poor quality in admin staff. I know that i have put off making a follow up appointment at the clinic because of her awful demeanour and i'm sure I am not alone.
