We worked with Unhei as homebuyers, and she was wonderful. Our situation was unusual in that we were moving from out of state and thus were navigating most of the home-buying process from a distance. Not only was Unhei knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive, she was incredibly flexible and accommodating when we couldn't be there in person, even visiting houses and sending us videos when necessary. We found Unhei through the recommendation of a friend and would highly recommend her again.
We're moving to the bay area from out of state. Unhei gave us a great overview of the bay area and suggestions for where we should look based on our work/life situation. She gave us tour reports of homes she thought would be a good fit for us, and adjusted based on our feedback.
