Find someone else who will listen. Long history of needing Bi-Focals, during the near-sighted exams I told the assistant that nothing improved and they moved on. I told the doc and he convinced me that he was addressing my concern and was checking for near-sight (though it didnt seem like it). When i got the prescription it was only for far-sight and i asked "Where's the other prescription?" at first he didnt understand, then I informed him of my history, to which he explicitly told me "You're too young to need reading glass... read more
They sent a reminder card to make an appointment. I called a few times, leaving a detailed message, due to the fact that they never answer their phone. I never received a call back so I will be looking for a new eye doctor.
Great friendly staff and the staff and doctors seem knowledgeable and they care. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the Office itself and the administration functionality is very outdated. Due to their systems and the way administrative stuff works, it's easy to miss minor details when they are mostly just keeping track of a lot of paper and physical filing it seems. I have been going to this clinic for 20 years and they are amazing. Whatever you need they can do regarding your eyes.
I’ve been going to Ungritch Parker Eye Associates for the last 30 years. They have always taken great care of me and make me feel comfortable. Their staff is excellent and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
