Find someone else who will listen. Long history of needing Bi-Focals, during the near-sighted exams I told the assistant that nothing improved and they moved on. I told the doc and he convinced me that he was addressing my concern and was checking for near-sight (though it didnt seem like it). When i got the prescription it was only for far-sight and i asked "Where's the other prescription?" at first he didnt understand, then I informed him of my history, to which he explicitly told me "You're too young to need reading glass... read more

They sent a reminder card to make an appointment. I called a few times, leaving a detailed message, due to the fact that they never answer their phone. I never received a call back so I will be looking for a new eye doctor.
