Do not recommend…. Initial visit, Steve showed up over an hour late to the location that I previously stated I did not live at, he looked at what was here and we discussed the total heating system replacement, I explained the sale of the house relies on this with a 60 day closing window the job needed to be done in. On 6-24-24 Heat pump stopped working during heat wave conditions. Steve, the owner, came out the next day and identified the problem. We discussed options and I decided on a new heat pump and air handler. Steve suggested that I take advantage of the tax credits and rebates that are available. On 6-26-24 Tyler and Dan, two technicians with Unger HVAC, did a great job installing the new heat pump & air handler. Called @ 11, there were there by 12. Top of the heatwave and Cameron was more than amazing and helpful. Grabbed the needed part and the house is cooling down again thanks to him and he even gave me some tips on how to go about maintenance on my own as well. Thanks Guys!

Fantastic service and experience. I just had mini split units put in from unger heating and cooling. I can't express how great the service was. I worked with Matt over weeks about what was right for my house. Matt and his crew Dan & Tyler were amazing people. The are very kind and great workers. We are very happy with unger and will recommend their services.
