My name is Mathew, I had the pleasure of meeting Chad and Dee this morning 4/29/2025. They were both awesome and very knowledgeable. Requested a service for my auxiliary heat not working.. replacement went well but installed improperly! I have a full electric heat pump system with electric aux heat for winter, and I requested these guys to take a look after noticing my house was no longer reaching target temperatures They told me I needed a new heatpack. After ordering the part they installed it ASAP and tested it for about 20 minutes. After leaving, the 30 amp breaker tripped. I called to have them reinspect it later. Do not recommend…. Initial visit, Steve showed up over an hour late to the location that I previously stated I did not live at, he looked at what was here and we discussed the total heating system replacement, I explained the sale of the house relies on this with a 60 day closing window the job needed to be done in. We shook hands and I never heard from him again. A month later and numerous phone calls and voicemail with no reply. On 6-24-24 Heat pump stopped working during heat wave conditions. Steve, the owner, came out the next day and identified the problem. We discussed options and I decided on a new heat pump and air handler. Steve suggested that I take advantage of the tax credits and rebates that are available. On 6-26-24 Tyler and Dan, two technicians with Unger HVAC, did a great job installing the new heat pump & air handler.
