Excellent service and care!!! The young lady at the desk was very professional, polite , and helpful!!
The staff are great and very helpful. What I don’t care for is when you pay for a lens warranty and still have to pay 25$ deductible? Per glasses. I think it’s wrong and I also don’t understand why they don’t make better scratch resistant coatings and lenses unless it’s on purpose so they can keep charging you extra. I really believe that the eyeglass industry is a scam. Overpriced and jacked frame costs just because of the name of who designed them? I call BS
Very helpful & followed through with my eye care
I chose Unger Eye Care because they were listed as the best option under my insurance plan, and unfortunately my experience has been incredibly disappointing. To be fair, Ashley was more than helpful. She was kind, professional, and genuinely caring and thoughtful throughout this entire process. Because of her I feel a three star is fair. If it was just her I was rating, she’d receive a full 5 star. My frustration is not directed toward her or the doctor personally. The people are very professional. They took the time to listen to my problem without rushing in to a solution right away. I don’t think I’ll ever change going to them. I took my son to these people when he was just a boy. He’s 40 years old now and now he takes his son they’re good people.
