Very helpful & followed through with my eye care
I chose Unger Eye Care because they were listed as the best option under my insurance plan, and unfortunately my experience has been incredibly disappointing. To be fair, Ashley was more than helpful. She was kind, professional, and genuinely caring and thoughtful throughout this entire process. Because of her I feel a three star is fair. If it was just her I was rating, she’d receive a full 5 star. My frustration is not directed toward her or the doctor personally. The people are very professional. They took the time to listen to my problem without rushing in to a solution right away. I don’t think I’ll ever change going to them. I took my son to these people when he was just a boy. He’s 40 years old now and now he takes his son they’re good people.
I had the best experience with Alisa and Kassie they are awesome! My daughter wasn't happy about getting glasses and they found her style to make her accept getting glasses!!
