This company is terrible very unprofessional, rude and unresponsive.
This company has terrible communication. We initially canceled our project with them because it was so difficult getting in contact with them to schedule a date for them to start painting. Now it has been over a month since we canceled the project, and we are still yet to receive a refund despite contacting them multiple times since then. Each time we speak with someone we are told they "need to check with accounting" and they have not once emailed, texted, or called us with an update.
