It’s capstone so it’s slow as molasses for a full trailer, but what do you expect at this point. It’s an easy enough facility to get to, people complain about the guards, but the guards that were there at 0330 when I rolled in were ALL cool and friendly as can be. They give thorough instructions, professional, and even joke around a bit. There is vending and clean enough restrooms. I knocked two stars off for the unload times. Poor communication skills within guardshack, very condescending and unprofessional. I just fixed the address location for this place so you're welcome to all my trucker family and safe travels! just be prepared to be at this place for at least 3 hrs plus.

About 20 trucks in the line for check in! Lumper fees between 150$ to 400$ Checked in at 23:00 for a midnghit appointment and received a call at 2:30 am Got the door. Unloading was complet at 5:30 am. It's already 7:00 now and still waiting for my Paperwork.
