I found this place thanks to a daily email from BaseLocal Monroe. I looked at their website & booked a natural hair consultation for this afternoon. It went very well. I left with an appointment for hair treatment (deep condition, steam, trim, etc.). If you're a natural hair girlie in the Monroe area, check this place out. Your hair deserves it!
My appointment time was scheduled for 8am and Lavonne arrived 20 minutes past my appointment time. She stated that both the wash and trim would be included in the pricing for my style. I paid her $180 and the service was not even fulfilled. This was my first time coming and I did not have a pleasant experience with her service. I was ripped off and she is even refusing to refund me a partial refund for the trim that was not done. I will not be coming back there.. I have been going to Crystal since 2022 and ever experience is better than the last! She is very personable and social, making sure her clients are comfortable during their time in her chair. Highly recommend!
