My appointment time was scheduled for 8am and Lavonne arrived 20 minutes past my appointment time. She stated that both the wash and trim would be included in the pricing for my style. I paid her $180 and the service was not even fulfilled. This was my first time coming and I did not have a pleasant experience with her service. Very nice and very nice and clean...
I have been going to Crystal since 2022 and ever experience is better than the last! She is very personable and social, making sure her clients are comfortable during their time in her chair. Highly recommend!
