very bad experience...called for 4 brand new tires. showed up on time for my appt, that I got a babysitter for, and was told they didn't have my tires.... i asked why they didn't call me back so I could look elsewhere or not waste $ on a babysitter... he didn't even apologize, he just said mistakes happen and held my keys to me with his thumb and forefinger abd pointed to the door. i took my keys and left... as a single working mother taking my one day off to get my tires done, and he couldn't even say sorry or offer to orde... read more
