Fantastic service & modern clean caravan with everything we needed & more! As first time ‘caravanners’ with 3 small children we were a bit unsure about how to do everything but the gentleman at uneeda caravan hire was very thorough in giving us a run down, showing us everything & answering any questions we had. We were also graciously given some gifts to start our holiday off which was a lovely touch. Really disappointed with the customer service from uneeda caravan hire. When we returned our van we washed it inside and out but were charged $80 from our bond as the fridge was not 'clean'. We explained we wiped it down & that any mess was because we dropped the van back on a Sunday & the freezer/ fridge would have defrosted after being unplugged therefore by the time they saw it on Monday morning at their yard it would have needed another wipe down.
