I was gifted Breathwork & Sound Healing following a stressful time in my life by friends, and wasn't really sure about what to expect, especially it being an online event. I was blown away, the experience has helped me change my approach to life as a whole and allowed me to reach the much needed peace I was seeking. Definitely going to make this a monthly thing!
