Undone and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Best to avoid this 'salon' all together. They lack professionalism and service from receptionist to stylist. I've never been so horribly treated by anyone in this profession as I was by Ben (would-be-stylist). Started with not having a return call, and would only text, which lead to more confusion and complete rudeness. Wouldn't even respond with what his next opening was.
