Bad experience. Mr. Lex, Alexis Diaz. the trainer or owner of the place, sold me an annual membership for $2,997, offering me a plan that I never received as agreed. Last-minute cancellations, etc. I never received the original plan, I got sick and requested a freeze while I recovered, but nothing happened. On top of all this, Mr. Lex asked me for a personal loan, saying he needed it to pay his employees and that he was having problems with the IRS. I’ve been working out here technically since September of 2024 although it doesn’t feel like it’s been that long because I don’t tend to keep up with tracking results etc, but I definitely feel stronger. I really feel like I’ve really pushed myself. Also my discipline when it comes to fitness and strength training has definitely shot up and I rarely ever dread a workout and actually look forward to working hard and challenging myself. Uncomfortable
So happy I found Undisputed Women’s Gym. Itzy, Jelly, Liz, and Lex are all top notch and know their stuff. I feel so much stronger and really seeing progress. The atmosphere is amazing and I never thought I would be looking forward to going to the gym so much. Highly recommend!
If you’re hesitant to join please do not! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Never have I ever looked forward to going to go workout or feel like I missed out if I miss a day or a week until I signed up at Undisputed. I’ve never been made to feel insecure about my level of fitness at this gym. The trainers are chefs kiss! My fitness and weight loss journey is no longer a drag, it’s exciting. Thank you Undisputed:)
