So happy I found Undisputed Women’s Gym. Itzy, Jelly, Liz, and Lex are all top notch and know their stuff. I feel so much stronger and really seeing progress. The atmosphere is amazing and I never thought I would be looking forward to going to the gym so much. Highly recommend!
If you’re hesitant to join please do not! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Never have I ever looked forward to going to go workout or feel like I missed out if I miss a day or a week until I signed up at Undisputed. I’ve never been made to feel insecure about my level of fitness at this gym. The trainers are chefs kiss! My fitness and weight loss journey is no longer a drag, it’s exciting. Thank you Undisputed:)

Orange County's best kept secret. I love this gym! The atmosphere is so fun, and you see results fast. I always look forward to coming here! All of the trainers are top notch: Liz, Itzy, and Jelly are very encouraging and so pleasant to work with. The business owner, Lex, really tailors the session to your fitness goals and is clearly knowledgeable.
