Matt and his team do a phenomenal job coaching kids and adults of all ages in both kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Matt and his staff provide personalized guidance that helps you reach your goals. Very happy with the training my three kids have received here from Coach Matt, his daughter Ziva, Coach Keith and the rest of the staff. They've all gone out of their way to help them at every tournament they've competed in. The gym has recently added free wrestling practice twice a week that I'm happy to have my kids participate in as well.
We have been going for a few weeks and I can already see the sidebar in my son's activity level and discipline. The instructors are helpful and hands on!
