I contacted UE to give me an assessment and quote on some crawl space work (vapor barrier, dehumidifier, etc). The team was very prompt and thorough in the assessment, even being so good as to itemize a quote for services...the few big box companies I contacted said they wouldn't even do minor work such as just a vapor barrier because it wasn't worth their time. Jake and crew were timely, thorough, and professional. Made it easy to get insulation in attic and proper encapsulation in crawl space during my move.
Outstanding service. We had some problems caused by a critter within crawlspace, vapor barrier needed replacement at one section, maintenance and cleanup in another. Jake was accurate with the quote, knowledgable and got the job on the schedule quickly. No hard upsell, good honest service. Fair price for the job. I highly recommend this company.
