We have used Andrew, and his team at Underwood's Catering, for a number of events at our house over the years. Andrew's suggestions, attention to detail, and understanding of the scope and nature of an event are always spot on. The plates manage to be unpretentious, while elevating the event at the same time - unfailingly delicious food and always beautifully presented. Highly recommend Andrew and his team!

Had Underwood’s catering at an event I attened and the ribs were… impressive in the worst way. Somehow dry, greasy, and flavorless all at once. The meat fought harder to stay on the bone than it did to taste good. Several plates were quietly abandoned. I’ve had better ribs from a microwave.

Underwood’s catered my cousin’s wedding and somehow transported me back to the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at in Minnesota and that place had fluorescent lighting and regret. The chicken was so dry it absorbed moisture from the room, the sides had zero flavor, and the whole meal screamed we gave up halfway through. Guests weren’t complimenting the food, they were comparing survival strategies. Nice setup. Terrible execution. If this was a prank, congrats it worked.

Underwood’s catered my niece’s birthday party and somehow turned a kids’ celebration into a culinary punishment. The food tasted rushed, forgotten, then reheated out of pure obligation. The chicken was dry, the sides were bland, and even the kids the least picky people on Earth barely touched it. Bright balloons, sad food. Impressive consistency… just not in a good way.

Real Pros! From a strong referral, I had the pleasure of working with Underwood Catering. Andrew provided excellent suggestions based on our audience and executed professionally taking many of the details off our hands. I have had a lot of caterered food in my time and the quality and taste of the food items from Underwood catering was a level above. I look forward to working with the team again in the future.
