1st time DUI. Temporarily lost my job. Attended and completed SAP. Went through a 3 month STEPS program. Served a suspension through the DMV. After all that Mr. Underwood was able to leverage that with the courts. The court found i completed the Steps program and served the DMV suspension. I wasn't ordered to serve a 2nd suspension through the courts. I'll have my DUI fines to handle if i want it off my criminal record in the future. And I was put on a year probation.
