I'm very happy with the service they did on my wedding ring. They were very meticulous on the adjustment I needed.
Underwood Jewellers repaired my wedding ring, the band was badly broken and 3 diamonds coming loose. They brought it back to life and better than new , fantastic
Great customer service. I had my engagement ring resized which I was very nervous about. Underwood were very clear and kind, explained everything about what they would do, and the resize is absolutely perfect.

Extremely poor customer service. As someone else said Suzanne, she is EXTREMELY snooty. I called for an appraisal, she lied and said they aren't doing appraisals at the moment. Even though it's on their website they are. When I pointed that out she stuttered and abruptly ended the call. She was absolutely lying. Why lie? Do they not want business? By the looks of other reviews this place would be better off without this woman and she's costing them business.
