I ordered a waterproof case from Underwater Kinetics and the box the case came in said it included a cable. It did not, but there was a cable in the boxes bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the cable did not meet CA requirements to secure the case. I paid for shipping to return the item and was charged a 15% restocking fee. Imagine that. Charging a customer a fee to return a product that doesn’t work as advertised.
Used to have great lights. Now just a sad shell of a company with inferior products and service. Unfortunately I can't recommend them to anyone.
I bought a water Cannon from an authorized dealer. It worked great the first dive then never took a charge and burned up the charger. The customer service sent me to a dealer that work through TUSA. They took months to reply and requested I send the light back and pay for shipping. Needless to say the customer service is horrible. I like the products and have several of their lights but if something goes wrong with them don't bother getting it fixed by them.
