From my experience, I highly recommended Willoughby Cooke’s great knowledge and expertise in Structural Integration along with his holistic approach to wellbeing. I'm grateful to have worked with Willoughby on relieving some repetitive stress injuries I've acquired through years of working a desk job. To sum up: I am a hairdresser, on my feet all day, and three years ago developed severe plantar fasciitis in both feet. The pain towards the end of this time was so severe that I would occasionally stand on ice packs while working. I tried every remedy available: sleeping in corrective boots, several new pairs of expensive shoes, custom orthotics, etc..
