RecommendedTook in my MK4 GTI for air ride installation, these guys were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was wanting with good prices for parts and labor! They went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the result and kept me updated through the entire process! As with any project there were a few hiccups but they told me everything that was happening, overall very satisfied with Understeer!
First time visiting these guys to have them replace the brakes on my Infiniti Q50. Talked to Jake, he got me in right away, they got my car done the same day, did a great job and saved me a couple hundred dollars over the dealer. These are car guys who like working on cars, I would highly recommend them!

These guys know Subarus better than anyone else in the area and always have the best price. Jake and everyone else at the shop is always willing to answer my many questions and actually show me what’s going on. Whether it’s installing a sway bar or changing my head gaskets, Understeer always goes above and beyond.
