Hyundai Santa Fe started having an engine knock due to a manufacturer issue with the rod bearings- brought it in to Underriner Hyundai for the knock sensor code, then for knock sensor replacement, then again when the knock sensor replacement didn’t work (3 hour drive each time, and they denied us a loaner car every single time). I have been very disappointed with this service department in every aspects. I have been in for one oil change and some work on my rims (which took 3 trips to get completed). Both times they ran over the time I was told it would take by hours. A 30m job usually takes over 2 hours to complete even if you have an appointment. I would not use this place if it was not part of my warrant for the Tucson I purchased last year.
