On Thursday 10/16 I went to the Honda Underriner Auto Repair and Service to have new tires (around $600) put on my car for a trip I was taking out of town the following Friday. Friday morning I woke up to a flat tire on the front of my car. When brought to the Service and Repair shop, they let me know that it was a “faulty tire” and I would not be charged for changing it out. They also let me know I would not be reimbursed because it was not their fault that the tire was faulty. Getting this changed delayed me 4 hours from w... read more

It’s the worst customer service when you can’t get a simple call back about a problem with a repair. I absolutely will not use this dealer again. I like my car too much. If I can’t trust you to dial a phone, I can’t trust your work for sure.
