You should probably inquire with the appropriate authorities/divisions before EVER thinking about dealing with this company. How many names before, with the addition of the number of bankruptcies filed, to screw contractors out of money they already made.
We rented a unit at Germantown Mill Lofts but were wanting to buy a house. Underhill's transitional program made the process very easy and flexible, and their agents were responsive and helpful during the home buying process. The move out couldn't have been easier.
Wonderful complex of restaurants - something for everybody - pizza, mexican, american, etc. A must visit & dine in Louisville!
