Had great experience. Needed my daughter's car stereo system looked at while she was in town for the holidays. They were booked for 2 weeks solid but since since lives in Gallatin they worked her 2012 Ford Fiesta in. They took off door panel to check speakers & that wasn't the problem. They put panel back on & called me & told me the problem was the car stereo itself Did not pressure me to buy an expensive new.
