The place is run down and brings a dog there that peas all over, the equipment is in need of a good repair and needs to be cleaner, the roof needs to be fixed because it leaks, the gym has a bad oder to it, be aware of this fact

Bodybuilder from OC traveling to the Ventura area for work. Found Larry's gym, and it is my new favorite gym. The equipment is all old school, but it has all been restored and is kept in meticulous condition. Bodymasters, Life fitness, cybex, icarian, nebula, the list goes on and on. All pristine. Gym was empty. Rock music was playing. Just the perfect gym environment. Will be planning another trip back up to train here again, as it was that good! Thanks Larry! Kai

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED. Larry continued charging my card well after I canceled, I even had confirmation emails from the man himself that I canceled and he continued charging me. Also a few weird things I noticed: 1. He has cameras everywhere and they light up when you get close to them. He has three all surrounding the butt blaster machine. 2. Called to set up a tour and Larry was extremely awful and rude and only seemed to care about my credit card info. Why do you need my CC info for a tour? Avoid this place at all costs.
