I love finding these spots where people climb downstairs to catch something they wouldn't otherwise see on the surface. The staff is more than helpful, and the place is intimate but large enough to hold an energetic crowd. I'm not from Chicago, but if I were there, I'd probably want to call this place my main hangout spot.
