Poor communication and understanding between myself and artist. Lack of interest on artists part as far as even wanting to do any tattoo, each time I went there. Stood up by artist on scheduled appointment. Scheduled sessions cut short by artist when I had planned on having more work done. It was like customers were an inconvenience and annoyance, especially myself. Which is baffling to me, considering I told artist I had a budget of $2000 to have him tattoo me.
