Been here 3 times, the food is great, the service is always a little less than good, but today was awful. We sat at an open table after asking the server if that was what we should do and were completely ignored until 15 minutes later we walked out unserved. There were 3 tables that opened up after we sat and the server had enough time to bring one of them menus and take their order and neither server so much as greeted us. (10/25 at 11:30am). Being completely ignored by two servers in such a small space is crazy.
Went in for 1st time this morning for breakfast. Not crowded, so we got a nice table at window. Immediately noticed the dirt: crumbs along window sill; food stuck to the top of our old wooden table; dirt/food on floor. Server was pleasant enough, but as things got busy, she ran the floor and the coffee counter until 2 more arrived to help later. Never checked up on us/more coffee. Food was good. Really delicious food and they serve breakfast all day! I come here with the wife and kids before karate lessons and so far we've gotten the pesto toast, El gaucho sandwich, the Italian Grande, and the hand battered chicken tenders. Everything has been really tasty, already looking forward to the next visit!
In our errand running day we found this gem , on our way to Kingston from Poughkeepsie...had the biscuits and gravy....with eggs over medium ....absolute perfection....and a cup matcha 😋
