Heritage pigs, have crafted, and a delicious product!
Underground was our caterer for our wedding and did such an amazing job. Marilyn, our catering coordinator, and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They created a delicious menu that worked with our demanding guest list (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.) Everything from the charcuterie to the diverse meats, sides, vegetables, and even the homemade pies were spectacular.
