On July 5th 2025. Undercut Tree service was referred by a friend. Although he did not know Gary personally. This guy showed up and presented well. Went out of his way to talk with us and kay it on thick. He knew we were from Chicago. He said he would trim our trees on 7/8/25. I told him I would pay him when job was done. But he was adamant to be paid half down that day. He gave us two options $500.00 to remove whole branch or $350 just to clear. Awesome company and great experience overall. We had a dying tree right by a power line that was really concerning. They came right out and were friendly and professional with the estimate. Less than a week later they came out and made quick work of what we thought would be a really tricky job. They cleaned up quick, and even helped my next door neighbor with a dead branch she was worried about. Great family company, good people and very glad for their tree service! Would definitely recommend.
Hired Undercut tree services back in June. I hired them to take a pine tree and Oak tree growing into my deck down. They took the pine down with no problem. Started on the Oak and towards the end of it we decided it would be safer using there boom truck to finish it up. Gary asked me if he could still get paid to pay his guys for the day.
