Walked over to here while on a 3.5 hour layover at SAN. Well worth the walk! This is top tier Ranen! Easy and quick to order. Service was surprisingly good despite the pay up front model. Friendly staff and a complete vibe. I didn’t explorer around the restaurant but it looked like the seating goes way deeper (and vertical) from what you can see from the street.
We ordered vegan ramen. Underbelly in downtown is a must-visit for ramen lovers in San Diego. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the great dining experience. The ramen itself is top-notch, easily ranking among the best in the county. While parking in the area can be a challenge, we parked car a few blocks away. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious ramen in a vibrant setting!
