My first time in this shop and I was getting my nasal piercing redone after having it out and closed for over a year. Rob did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained aftercare despite my experience with multiple piercings. I will absolutely be going back for all piercings or tattoos in the future!
Took a chance and dropped by to get help with some jewelry but had never been before. I’ve never experienced such a welcoming feeling when walking into a shop like this. They even made my daughter feel comfortable. Will definitely being going back. Every person in this place was welcoming.
I brought my daughter in for a nose piercing. Rob was great talked to her about cleaning it and how to take care of it. He assured her that she would be ok and that it would be over before she knew it. The entire time he was piercing her nose he talked to her. He told her exactly what he was doing and when he would be doing it. Rob done great!
Rob and his guys are the best! They are friendly, listen to your ideas, and make it happen. Rob has pierced me several times and his technique is virtually pain-free. I love his tattoo work, also. I appreciate you all.
