We are now located at 1701 Webster St. in Alameda. We groom all breeds of dogs and cats. Dog grooming includes trimming the nails, cleaning the ears and expressing the anal gland if necessary. We shampoo dogs twice, then apply a conditioner. Shampoos and conditioners are selected based on the dog's skin condition. Dogs requiring trimming are cut to the owner's specifications. This was my 4th experience in the shop today. I had to write this review after the experience I had today. I will definitely not be returning after today. I have used them over 3 years, I believe. I always feel rushed when I go here. They are very rude at the front counter, and they have consistently provided me with shoddy service for my dog.
