Walter came to my home the same day I called for the estimate. He thoroughly checked my house, my existing system and made his recommendations. I had seen 4 companies before him. He was the only one to tell me there was also a duct problem and that he could fix it, because the new unit would not run efficiently if that was not fixed. The Under control Air team was amazing. They came to install a full new AC Unit. They started on the roof which is 4 floors UP proceeded inside the House. They were very professional Sergio, there is one who wears glasses I forgot very friendly and professional . After they were done they packed up and Sergio cleaned the floor With broom and mop I was so happy because usually people leave your house looking a mess but they left everything super clean.
