Someone from this lot contacted me and said, “the cars owner would call me.” That’s it! I live about 5 miles from them, it was exactly what I want and I would have paid cash that day. I waited without a call or even a follow up. Now I’m being told it was a computer issue and they 60 in the Tampa Bay Area to choose from. If they have that body style with low miles, one owner and a clean car fax it will be in my driveway. I work out of town a lot and have little time.
Excellent Customer Service, the Owner went beyond to help me.
I asked the dealer to send me more pictures and he said he didn't have any more and instead of making some more pics and mail them to me he told me to call him on the phone. This is definitely not helpful to me...
I have not purchased a car & may be in a position to do so at the end of the month. They have replied promptly to my emails.
Very experienced! Knew the product & seemed honest & above board. Only phone contact but all my questions were answered without hesitation. Appreciated their time.
