We used this company for two seasons without issue. This season, however, has been nothing but problems. There is zero consistency, I might go a week between mows or I might go a month. When I reached out to complain, I was told it would be fixed. When they were late yet again and I asked when they'd be out, they dropped me as a customer with no warning, and now I've got a lawn that hasn't been mowed in three weeks, and I'll have to pay extra to have someone else come out. DO NOT do business with this company.

Signed up with lawn love and they sent these people. At first, Left dead grass on top of lawn when I paid for it to be bagged. Constant rescheduling, poor service, no attention to detail. Last rescheduling I told them they needed to be out here the day they told me. Didn’t have enough of a spine to reply. Terrible service and even worse lawn care. Grass either was always burned or uneven.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful job you did with my lawn earlier today. I was impressed with the job you have done, especially with spreading the rock next to my porch. I know that wasn't part of what we discussed initially. I didn't even think about doing that until I was purchasing the weed killer and all of a sudden I thought it could be an idea for keeping the grass from growing in that small space.
