Unreasonable about tickets, extremely money hungry. These people dont do anything to help the students at UND.
Change parking every year and scam already struggle students. I payed for full year parking and they still try to ticket me in student parking. They only care about money and oversell permits compared to spots.
I have received two tickets amounting to $60 which is absolutely absurd. My first one being since I parked in a 30 minute zone and I was there for 35 minutes and my second one was received at Ryan Hall in the parking lot wasn’t even full. There were dozens of empty spaces. I have paid my parking permit for my apartment and I found out the hard way that I need to buy multiple permits to park and multiple places this is complete BS as a veteran of the United States Air Force.
