I booked 2 appointments with Mauricia Hunter; the first time she DMed me on IG (which I do not use and she received my phone number when I booked) so I didn't see that she pushed my appointment back. I waited over an hour and still tipped her. The second time she again DMed me stating that my appointment was canceled because the app should not have allowed me to book, so I rescheduled with her. Hair definitely 10/10 but the customer service is poor the environment is not friendly at all and no good communication.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had an 12:30pm appointment. I arrived 12:25pm. Ced still had a client in his chair. After 20 minutes his assistant took me to a room and tried to braid my hair. I stopped her because I was confused. I booked the appointment with Ced not her. She then had Ced come into the room. I showed him the picture of how I wanted my hair. It was a bang with a updo ponytail style. He said the style was IMPOSSIBLE! I asked for my deposit back and he said no. How was I suppose to know he couldn't do the st... read more
