I was there for PT, before starting treatment i requested them to make clear about treatment cost three times. Each time they tell me " you have $40 copay ". I was agee for treatment and paid copay every visit. But after 5th visit I got bill from $1564. After that I stopped treatment. And still struggling to pay the balance for not getting comple treatment. So be careful they're scamer, prevent yourself to be scammed from them.
