Took our money and did nothing!!
Don't give this man money! $750 and two years later nothing, didn't even file my divorce. Won't answered e mails phone nothing! I'm taking him to small claims to try to recover my money!!
He stole our money and did not file our divorce papers. He will not answer our calls now.
DO NOT use Cody SMITH as legal counsel!!! We are reporting him to the Missouri Bar today as have others according to several sources. We found this out after voicing our concerns and frustration over his failure to complete paperwork, appear on our behalf and file in a timely manor causing our case to be dismissed.
