If I could give it a lower rating I would. This particular company has a very high turnover rate and the helpers that would come and help my family member would either show up late or not at all. They wouldn’t even call to indicate whether they would be late or not show up. Very unprofessional. Most of the helpers had their own problems and they would tell us those problems to give excuse why they didn’t call or show.
