When we were looking for a home, the team made that intent super possible and quick.From When we first saw our home and Melissa was very helpful. Georgia has had some crazy weather. So my air conditioner stopped working but with the help from uncommon the problem was resolved in no time. Uncommon property is a very friendly and understanding company. I would like recommend uncommon property.
We have contacted the agent for a listing posted in June over 36 times. The agent has responded twice, scheduled a tour for us, and then she didn’t show up. Melissa sent an email cancelling the tour after 5pm on a Friday even though it was the following morning at 10 am. We have requested an application for the property numerous times to be met with zero response. Disappointed that I have called Melissa a few times weekly since July 16th to get a tour in because I was not getting responses via messages and not once got a call back. I am very persistent and proactive so finally on August 8th after calling every week multiple times Melissa answered the phone. We scheduled a tour 2 days out from the call just for her to cancel the next day and tell me the house was under contract when this was not mentioned on the phone. What a waste of time and energy. Absolutely unprofessional!
