They are very shady and rude people, they come off as friendly,kind, and helpful, but really, they live their live's off government assistance they use from tenants. They're not going to show you the trashy and dirty, communities, slums they hold properties in, they dont fix their properties either,they expect the tenant to do repairs to the property or have them send an unlincensed/unprofessional person, to put a band aid over a major problem in the home, just to pass code inspections for the city and housing authority. First, I want to thank Uncommon Property Realty. Thank you so much for having the house that is just right for my family. Throughout the whole process, whenever I called Melissa, she was there and if she wasnt able to answer she return all calls. When we were looking for a home, the team made that intent super possible and quick.From When we first saw our home and Melissa was very helpful. When we need anything for repairs or concerns, Melissa is very responsive. We are also trying to adopt a dog and need landlord reference, and again, the team is very responsive. Georgia has had some crazy weather. So my air conditioner stopped working but with the help from uncommon the problem was resolved in no time. Uncommon property is a very friendly and understanding company. I would like recommend uncommon property.
