Both the Uncommon Ground in Edgewater and Lakeview serve the Uncommon Cocoa with omanhene chocolate and steamed milk, topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Made with butterkase, cheddar and Swiss, themac and cheese at Uncommon Groundis so creamy it's spoonable.Agarnish of crumbled potato chips delivers crunch and a subtle spud flavor.
Wasn't super impressed with the food.
The chilaquiles are always great! Just be careful if you go during a Cubs game. Slow service and the kitchen got backed up. Food was 27+ minutes.
Chopped salad with chicken was really good. Love that the food is organic, and our waiter was incredibly nice!
Great for live music, and the food is very good too! Try any of their salads, as well as their mac and cheese!
We had the Brussels sprouts, drunken mussels, and chopped salad. All were excellent! Service was great too !
The coffee is great, but the atmosphere is even better...very artsy, but not in a pretentious way.
