Unethical and misleading. Our realtor failed to explain documents and actually tried to trick us into signing document to release earnest money back to the seller when our financing fell through. She failed to represent our interests at every turn and even shared information with the Buyers agent to undermine our position. If you are a buyer, so not trust these people!
